Donations

Refugees are typically fleeing with only the clothes on their backs and their cell phones (their connection to their past, present and future…as well as memories of their families, loved ones, previous lives). Many refugees need clothing, food, cell phones (they often break or or damaged in their flight to safety).

Donations of: used cell phones (iPhone 6 or newer so it accepts international SIMS cards), chargers, external battery packs, eyeglasses (reading and prescription), new toothbrushes are needed.

But more useful than anything is cash donations:

Cash allows refugees to purchase what they need independently (medications, bus tickets, Sims cards for their telephones, food for their families). It gives them dignity and lets them decide how best to take care of themselves.
